Buenos Aires, Jan. 24 (PL) Five-time Argentine chess champion and gold medalist in the 1952 Helsinki Olympics, Grand Master Hector Rossetto, died today at 86 years old of a heart attack, sources confirmed.
Family and friends will hold a wake of Rosseto’s remains this Saturday in the capital’s Argentine Chess Club. He learned to move the pieces when he was four years old.
